Powertech USA claims public comment on its proposed Centennial Project uranium mine northeast of Fort Collins may be illegal. The uranium mining company also claims rules protecting groundwater are burdensome. Powertech argues the public should only be allowed to comment during the initial permitting process, not on groundwater quality testing, uranium prospecting and mine reclamation.
