Rep. Don Marostica Under Fire for Support of Proposed In-Situ Uranium Mine Print E-mail

Representative Don Marostica of Larimer County received failing grades from landowners for his support of the proposed in-situ uranium mine less than ten miles from Fort Collins.  This criticism is well founded as noted by a recent article in the Rocky Mountain Chronicle by Joshua Zaffos (Uranium Support Moves Above Ground) and an editorial by Art Montana (Professor emeritus of Geophysics & Planetary Physics, UCLA and former chair of the New Mexico Mining Commission) in the same publication.
