Please take this opportunity to comment.
Public comments on the draft environmental impact statement for Powertech's Dewey-Burdock Uranium mine in South Dakota are due by January 10.
All comments must be received via mail or fax by January 10 to assure consideration.
The NRC has stated that the January 10 deadline is firm and they are not going to extend it despite the comment period occuring over a major holiday season.
